 The days of simply placing a sign in the front yard and an occasional ad in the local paper are long gone. Today’s buyers are bombarded daily with competition for their attention. My job is to figure out how to best grab their attention long enough to focus on your property. From the technology of fun to experience 3-D Tour to the four-photo sign rider, even the more predictable marketing efforts are given a unique spin in this plan. My goal is to attract attention to your home, to bring you the best buyers and the most dollars in the fastest amount of time.

Currently our Multiple Listing System (WVMLS) gives all Realtors the option of adding up to 42 photos of each home. These extra photos allow buyers and Realtors to see a great deal of your home right from their own desk.  We come out and take a complete photo and 3-D Tour (which normally takes 2-3 hours) and process them to help you make the best impression possible.

Your property is immediately uploaded to the servers at the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing System (WVMLS). It is distributed from there to all Realtor’ computers. There are no delays that keep your property listing “in house”. Your needs are best served by immediate WIDE exposure..

This is our latest attempt to incorporate up to date realistic virtual tours. Now potential buyers, whether they are sitting in their car in front of your home or sitting at their kitchen table in Phoenix browsing Zillow can experience life like virtual showing of the property.

A mobile/social media ready website featuring the Matterport 3d tour and gallery of your home

A QR code allows a smart phone user to scan this symbol and go directly to a fully responsive property website dedicated to your home. There they will find all the information, photos and Matterport 3D Tour in a design for desktops, tablets and phones.

Not only is it social media ready, it’s word of mouth ready. A simple domain, "yourstreetname.corvallisremax.com" and you can share your home with friends and neighbors.

Go ahead and scan the QR code, click on the phone or just say, "hey Siri, garryanna.corvallisremax.com" and she will show you.

Print advertising for a more digital time. This is another way to connect potential buyers to your property page. These cards are placed in your home so buyers can re-visit either through the gallery or 3D tour.  A pocket sized brochure on quality stock that doesn't get lost in a crowd.

Yep, we still make these. Some people like a tradional flyer and we have a few options. These are minimally branded and only carry brokerage information that is required by law.

This photo sign rider serves as an extension of  prperty page. The rider hangs on our large post sign and shows prospective buyers that are in front of your home several views of the interior. This sign rider also has that QR code and your  with your simple domain  that goes directly to your property page.

social media strategy

A social media stategy is easier said then done

Re-posting other business’ content and creating content are two different ballgames. “Just baked some cookies!” does little to help market your property. We take the time to create original real estate content to go along with a true strategy of marketing property.

First and foremost is your home.

While we use Facebook’s API to target a better audience that best suits your property’s unique features, the most improtant feature is your house. We use a minimal branding on all our social media to put your home first.

Communication is the crux to any relationship and the interaction between Realtor and client is no exception. I subscribe to a newer technological service called “Home Seller Feedback”. This service alerts me to all showings of my listings. I then email the showing Realtor a feedback form which is then emailed both to me and to YOU with the results so that you get constant, quick feedback on how the market is responding to your property. In addition you are given a special password and site address where you can go to review all showings and comments anytime that you choose.

Recent statistics prove that nearly all home buyers now do at least preliminary exploration on the web. I make sure that your home is listed on at least 4 major national web sites. RE/MAX.com has the largest number of hits of any real estate franchise site. REMAX.com and Realtor.com are industry workhorses. Your home is also featured on my own web site which is promoted locally and in the search engines and in the very popular RE/MAX Integrity web site. In addition, we do post to Zillow, Trulia and Craig’s List. To go a step further we pay for syndication to a national service called List Hub. This organization then directs our information to 100’s of other sites thus proliferating information on your property.
